Industry
A senior engineering and brand partner for startups that need to ship before the runway runs out.
For pre-seed to Series B founders building MVPs, internal tools, AI products, and the brand that goes around them.
Overview
Most startups we meet have the same shape. A founder with a strong domain insight, a small team stretched across product, sales, and hiring, and a backlog that grows faster than the runway shrinks. The technical co-founder either doesn't exist, left, or is buried in customer calls. Decisions about infrastructure, AI models, and brand identity get made in twenty-minute windows between investor updates.
The result is predictable. The MVP gets shipped on a stack that buckles at the first paying customer. The AI feature works in the demo and breaks in production. The brand looks like a Notion template. AIERAX plugs into the founding team as the engineering and design partner you would have hired if you had the runway, and ships the version that holds up when the first cohort of real users arrives.
What's broken
Common pain points in startups
- The founder is writing production code at 2 AM because there is no one else to push the release, and customer calls slip to the next afternoon.
- The MVP was built on a free-tier stack that costs forty rupees a month and falls over the first time a demo hits ten concurrent users.
- The AI feature in the pitch deck works on cherry-picked inputs and hallucinates on the first three queries from a real prospect.
- Investors are asking for a clear technical roadmap and the team has a Figma file, a Trello board, and a half-finished Notion page instead.
- The brand was designed in Canva at 11 PM the night before the YC application, and now every deck, landing page, and pitch looks slightly different.
- Hiring a senior engineer takes four months and costs more than the next six months of runway combined.
- Every new feature breaks two old ones because there are no tests, no staging environment, and no one who remembers why the auth flow was written that way.
What we deliver
-
MVP and product engineering
We build the first shippable version of your product on a stack that scales from ten users to ten thousand without a rewrite. Auth, payments, dashboards, and the core workflow, done in weeks not quarters.
-
AI product engineering
We turn the AI feature in your pitch deck into a production system with proper evals, guardrails, and fallback logic. LLM orchestration, RAG pipelines, voice agents, and custom model deployment, built so they hold up in front of real customers.
-
Cloud infrastructure setup
We set up your AWS, GCP, or hybrid stack with the basics done right from day one. CI/CD, staging environments, secrets management, monitoring, and cost controls, so you are not surprised by a five lakh cloud bill in month three.
-
Brand identity and launch site
We design the logo, brand system, and launch website that match the ambition of the product. Plainspoken positioning, a real visual identity, and a site that converts the cold traffic your founder is bringing in from LinkedIn.
-
Fractional engineering partnership
We stay on as your on-call engineering team after the initial build. New features, infrastructure changes, customer-driven hotfixes, and the architecture reviews you need before the next round of due diligence.
-
Internal tools and ops automation
We build the internal dashboards, admin panels, and automation workflows that let a four-person team operate like a fifteen-person one. Less time in spreadsheets, more time on the things only the founders can do.
Example engagements
- A pre-seed B2B SaaS founder needed a working MVP with auth, Stripe billing, and an LLM-powered onboarding flow in six weeks to close a lead investor.
- A seed-stage healthtech startup needed their voice intake agent moved off a no-code prototype onto production infrastructure before a 50-clinic pilot.
- A Series A logistics startup needed a brand refresh, new marketing site, and a customer dashboard rebuilt before their enterprise sales push.
- A two-person AI startup needed RAG, evals, and a customer-facing chat product built end-to-end so the technical founder could focus on fundraising.
- A bootstrapped fintech needed cloud infrastructure rebuilt on AWS with SOC 2-ready logging and access controls before their first banking partner audit.
Business outcome
- A working product in front of paying customers in weeks, not the six-month rewrite cycle most startups end up in.
- Infrastructure that does not need to be torn down and rebuilt the first time you raise a real round.
- AI features that actually work on customer inputs, not just the demo dataset.
- A brand and website that match the ambition of the pitch deck, so cold traffic converts and warm intros take you seriously.
- A senior engineering partner you can call without paying a full-time senior engineer salary.
- Clean architecture, evals, and documentation that hold up to technical due diligence in your next round.
- More founder hours spent on customers, hiring, and fundraising, and fewer on debugging the auth flow at midnight.
Common questions
How fast can AIERAX ship an MVP?
Most MVPs we build go from kickoff to a working product in front of users in four to eight weeks, depending on scope. We start with a one-week scoping sprint to lock down the core workflow, then build in two-week iterations with weekly demos. If you have a hard investor or customer deadline, tell us on the first call and we will tell you honestly whether it is achievable.
Do you work with pre-revenue startups?
Yes. A large share of our startup engagements are pre-seed or seed-stage, often pre-revenue. We are comfortable scoping fixed-price MVP builds, monthly retainer partnerships, or hybrid arrangements that match the runway you actually have. We will tell you upfront if the budget is not realistic for what you want built.
Can you build the AI feature in our pitch deck?
Almost always, yes. We build LLM-powered features, RAG pipelines, voice agents, and custom model deployments as production systems with evals and guardrails, not just demos. If the feature in your deck is not technically feasible the way you described it, we will tell you on the first call and propose what is.
Will we own the code and infrastructure?
Yes, completely. Every line of code, every cloud account, every credential lives in your organization from day one. We work inside your GitHub, your AWS or GCP, and your domain. There is no lock-in, no proprietary platform, and no situation where you need us to keep the product running after we hand off.
Do you stay on after the MVP is shipped?
Most startup clients keep us on as a fractional engineering partner after launch, usually on a monthly retainer that scales up or down with the work. We handle new features, infrastructure changes, customer hotfixes, and the architecture reviews you need before due diligence. If you hire an in-house team later, we hand off cleanly.
Can you also do the brand and website, or just the product?
Both. A meaningful share of our startup engagements are full-stack engagements where we build the product, the brand identity, and the marketing site as one coordinated effort. That is usually faster and cheaper than stitching together three vendors, and the product and brand actually look like they came from the same company.
